About The Author
Regnard Bishoza is an upcoming Tanzanian poet, a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam, a teacher and human rights activist. He passionately writes on Africa and social matters respectively. He holds an International Diploma in poetry writing bestowed upon him in 2017 by World Nation’s Writers Union based in Kazakhstan. He is also the Chief Representative of poets in Tanzania under the umbrella of World Union of Poets. He finds inspiration in writers such as Wole Soyinka, Patrick Ngugi, William Shakespeare, Chinua Achebe and David Diop.
He was raised in a Christian family, his father being the pastor of Anglican Church, his mother is a peasant. He is married to Josephine. He sings in the choir and is also a songwriter
